As a co-signer for my son's purchase, I specifically advised staff to choose ONE financial institution to run a credit inquiry thru...they acknowledged my request...but then decided to run multiple hard advised staff to choose ONE financial institution to run a credit inquiry thru...they acknowledged my request...but then decided to run multiple hard inquiries thru at least FOUR separate financial institutions. Clearly, they sabotaged themselves on that deal. Very unprofessional. Not at all the dealership that I'd recommend doing business with. More

We were notified that the car we were wanting had come on the lot, so we drove down to Oakes. We were a little frustrated to find out the vehicle had sold before we arrived, but Justin and Jesse were incredi the lot, so we drove down to Oakes. We were a little frustrated to find out the vehicle had sold before we arrived, but Justin and Jesse were incredible. Justin helped us test drive the vehicle in a different color and find another one that was coming in within a few weeks. We were off on our expected financing and Justin and Jesse were so patient and helpful, working with us for literal hours to find something we were comfortable with. We ended up going down a trim level and left the dealership comfortable with our monthly payment and excited about our new car. More
