The salesman took my phone to sign me on to the Wi-Fi because I had terrible service in the dealership. While he was only supposed to be signing me on to the Wi-Fi he clicked on to my safari, googled Oak because I had terrible service in the dealership. While he was only supposed to be signing me on to the Wi-Fi he clicked on to my safari, googled Oakes Kia to leave himself a 5 star review and wrote that he was great. He was so sneaky and just handed my phone back like nothing had happened. I had no idea he was doing such. I felt extremely violated once I found out he did that. I emailed him asking why he did that and all he wrote was “I apologize.” I was so excited to be purchasing a new car to accommodate my growing family but now all I can think of when getting in my car is how angry I am from being violated and impersonated by someone I should have been able to trust. I reached out to the manager to voice my complaints and he said he would talk with him because that is not acceptable behavior. A few days later I received an email from the salesman continuing to ask for a positive review which indicates that he clearly was not talked to or disciplined in any way. I have several friends that have voiced interest in my new car and the first thing I tell them is to not step foot in Oakes Kia. Highly disappointed in my experience. More

I would have liked my loan to not start counting and my check not be cashed several weeks before I expect to receive my car. Karen and Buddy are amazing and I will definitely consider buying from Oakes ag check not be cashed several weeks before I expect to receive my car. Only came to the dealership because I found the vehicle through my search on cars.com. The car was listed for $30,000, once I came into the dealership everyone was friendly and it seemed to be a great envi through my search on cars.com. The car was listed for $30,000, once I came into the dealership everyone was friendly and it seemed to be a great environment of people. I was approached by Justin and he was very kind and showed me the vehicle I came to view. After the test drive I knew it was a done deal. I made it easy for the sale because I had already done my research ahead of time. Then comes the fun part of the computer screen being turned around showing me the selling price of $32,000….I said that car was listed for $30,000 and then it tail spinned. Apparently the dealership “can’t control” how their prices reflect on third party websites indicating trade in discounts etc etc. I was upset that this was FALSE ADVERTISEMENT. No small print was indicated on cars.com for this vehicle. I brought this up and they told me there is no way I was getting this cat for what was shown and how it was presented to me in my search with their company name leading me to a dealership I had driven out of my way to do business. I ultimately wanted the darn car because it was everything I wanted but not without feeling completely dooped. After doing my paperwork another associate came up to me and said, “wow you’re actually getting a great deal on that car, it was ACTUALLY supposed to be listed for $35,000….” I’m like that’s the last thing I want to really hear right now because that makes this situation even worse…if they can’t list and STAND BY their cars on their lot OR third party websites correctly there’s a problem. Let me make it clear everyone that helped me was very nice and if it weren’t for errors on the back end this would have been an absolute 5 star experience.. More
