I dropped off my vehicle. Told him I had a maintenance agreement. He looked it up and found it. Told me 2 hours which I had an appointment so why is there a two hour wait. He never made a call to get it approved and I had to wait another 30 minutes I've even doing business there for over 20 years and never gave I been as dissatisfied as I was this time. More

I really liked Oakes and appreciate the deal they gave us. Areas of improvement: It would have been nice to have been shown the beverage area or offered a drink. We knew what we wanted but no one showed us how to move the seats, or anything. these are little things, but they make a difference, especially when you are spending so much money. They also could have gone faster. The car should have been taken to detail as soon as we walked in to sign paperwork, not when we were done with paperwork so that it then took another hour to wait for the car to be done with detailing. Additionally we had set up a time to sign paperwork so the paperwork should have been ready when we got there so we didn't have to wait another 1-2 hours for them to finish with it all. We had agreed on price hours before so it was just unnecessary wait time, especially with kids and no offer of beverages, or TV or even a wait area to sit in. Again, we appreciate the price and the car, but little things would have gone a long way in making the whole experience better. This is my 5th car so a little goes a long way. Also, please stop asking for my husband. I explained that I was the financer so stop asking where he is when it was made clear that I was doing the signing. More
