Granted I bought a used car, not a KIA, but the sales person, Noah, was kind and knowledgeable. My problem, as expected, was the finance manager and his attempts to sell me an extended warranty that was person, Noah, was kind and knowledgeable. My problem, as expected, was the finance manager and his attempts to sell me an extended warranty that was $3800 and ran concurrent with the manufacturers 5 year 50,000 mile, bumper to bumper warranty. Also, it irritated me that the dealership wasn't willing to give me my 2nd key fab because they were waiting on paperwork from the state of Kansas on the trade-in from the original owner. I don't give a xxxx about the dealer paperwork. I signed a contract with them and a 36 month note with a lender, through the dealership... the car was mine. GIVE ME "MY" KEY FAB!!! More

Asked why 'the xxxx was I there when I bought my vehicle from the kc store'. Didn't answer the phone or most of the time return calls. When asked what was wrong gave vague answers or said they weren't the m from the kc store'. Didn't answer the phone or most of the time return calls. After several weeks when I'd call an AI would answer instead of a human. She said my name and said she would leave a message but Noone called back. I had to go in person 1-2 times a week to get updates. More

The facility itself is very clean and nice. Our salesperson did not seem knowledgeable, every question was answered with a “I don’t know…” I feel as if their training was not thorough, either they do not like this job or were disappointed we were buying a used car and not a new KIA. They have the right vehicles for what I was looking for, and worked solid deals, but the backend paperwork and follow through needs major improvement.
