Best car buying experience yet! Bruce, Ryan, and the team were great. They made the buying process seem effortless. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone. So I got in at 855 AM on Monday. Wife and I knew exactly what vehicle we were looking for to do a quick test drive. Got an associate told him what we were looking for he says OK and Wife and I knew exactly what vehicle we were looking for to do a quick test drive. Got an associate told him what we were looking for he says OK and goes to look for it. 20 minutes later he says its not on the lot. He lets me know he's gonna look for another, gets keys but 10 to15 minutes later tells me that vehicle wont open or turn on. He says He's got someone bringing another vehicle from overflow. Ok. 20 minutes later he gets the vehicle that wouldn't turn on and brings it over. weird. vehicle from over flow never arrived. Wife gets in to drive and he tells us to take it to the gas station to get filled up. Ok weird. we put fuel in it and then it doesn't turn on when we try to restart the vehicle. someone from the dealership had to jump it. we get back wife likes the feel of the vehicle just doesn't want that one obviously. Its now 1030 AM and i tell them we have to get back because our babysitter is about to leave the young children we left. Had trouble leaving because they kept asking question about numbers and negotiations. I had already told them multiple times i had to leave and that they had my phone number and that I would likely be back. wouldn't stop, finally i just left. very frustrating. talked to the sales associate while i was gone, sales associate said he would have the car i wanted from their north dealership enroute so i could see it and buy it. cool. I get back sales associate makes the sale but still no car from the north dealership. they say its enroute. I got back to sign financial documents. notice that the monthly payments i had agreed to pay are not the same as what the financial paperwork is saying. after a short back and forth he talks to managers and they fix it. frustrating because of how stressful its been already. I finish the paper work they tell me the vehicle is in enroute. an hour later i ask if they have an ETA when the vehicle will arrive. They ask and find out that the vehicle is not enroute at all. more frustrating. I tell them ill drive my trade in up there and they can put it in detailing while I'm enroute instead of waiting for it to get to this kia and then put it in detailing. I arrive at the north KIA and it isn't ready. I wait there another thirty mins. The vehicle finally comes out. sales associate fills it up with fuel. vehicle has water spots all over it and not very clean on the inside. clean enough, but not just detailed clean. whatever i just want to go home its like 550 PM and I'm at the north dealership and I live in Spring Hill. I leave. realize they only gave me one key and the engine light turns on. Go back to the north KIA. they give me the key and fix the check engine light. check engine light was for a vapor lock in the fuel tank or lines. A week later they text me and say I need to sign papers on my trade for the deal to be finalized. xxx? a week later and they are still messing up. they could have warned me last week literally 7 days ago that I would still need to sign papers . no warning at all. A week later I received a text that I had more paperwork to sign for the deal to be finalized. An insane thing to be told after you financed a vehicle for 40 thousand dollars. When I got there there was no apology or anything of the sort. They shoved some papers in my face. Darren Iverson couldn't even be bothered to come see me even though he was the one who texted me to come in and and Bruce Reves acted like I didn't exist. A week later after I signed this paper work they have yet to send a check to pay off my trade in loan. As a result I have incurred a late fee with Pen Fed. More

Melanie is absolutely great to work with. Very courteous and no pressure. I walked in a hot day after visiting multiple dealers and rather frustrated expecting this to be like the others. Melanie quickly addressed my questions and went straight to work. Very impressed with how they conduct business. Cheers Mel! More

Noah was great to work with when buying the car, but we quickly realized that the air conditioning didn't work properly. Took it into a nearby Honda dealership (as the vehicle is a Honda odyssey), and they quickly realized that the air conditioning didn't work properly. Took it into a nearby Honda dealership (as the vehicle is a Honda odyssey), and they quoted us at $4,500 of work needing to be done. Turns out $3,000 of it was routine maintenance, with the rest being a fix to the a/c, new brake pads, brake fluid flush, and rotor replacement. Got in contact with Bruce at Oakes Kia, who interrupted me when I tried to talk and said that buying a used vehicle is "always a risk". He had me bring in the vehicle to be looked at, and then I didn't hear from him again. After talking to the service department, they agreed that these things needed to be done, but said they would only fix the a/c. A really unfortunate experience. More
