I took my vehicle in for service and everyone I felt with was friendly. The service was finished in a timely manner(90)minutes. After I drove home 56 miles on Interstate 29 and shut the engine off I noticed was friendly. The service was finished in a timely manner(90)minutes. After I drove home 56 miles on Interstate 29 and shut the engine off I noticed smoke coming from under the hood. Upon inspection I found the oil filler cap was left off and missing, and whole engine compartment was covered in oil. I checked and the engine was out of oil. I called the dealership and they sent a loaner car and tow truck up immediately. There response was impressive. I cannot complain about the service response and treatment from the office people. My major concern is the damage to my engine that may show up later. Otherwise, I would have given the highest rating possible. More
