This is not my only issue. Problems with recall issues, the salesman trying to give me the wrong car at pickup, the salesman not being able to help me set up the car at pickup, the salesman not giving me my old plates and having to hunt them down. The car not being detailed at pickup. Let’s not even talk about my saving for years to pay cash for this car and being offered zero incentives or discounts, but here, fill out this survey and here is how to fill it out so I get a bonus. My new car experience for the last year has not been what I expected or wanted from this dealership.
