Rachel Huff responded quickly. I detailed what I was seeking again. She turned my information over to Lyric Kimley. After many other emails detailing exactly what I wanted, and tha I detailed what I was seeking again. She turned my information over to Lyric Kimley. After many other emails detailing exactly what I wanted, and that I did not have a trade, I was given a price. A few other emails, and then a phone that Lyric stated because I had no trade the vehicle would be $1,000 more. I requested to speak with a manager. Unfortunately I did not get his name. He refused to honor the price quoted in the email. Purchased the vehicle elsewhere. More

Everything was great, and salesman Gary Marlin was fantastic. However, some of their claims advertised on their website did not materialize during the closing process, and I was too tired to argue (m fantastic.
