Our salesman was very rude, threatened to keep my trade in, because I refused to insure the car til I had my down payment. He was very pushy and disrespectful. Had me sign all the paperwork the first day in, because I refused to insure the car til I had my down payment. He was very pushy and disrespectful. Dealership was not willing to negotiate. Answers to most things were no. We were only allowed a very short test drive.
