I would highly recommend visiting and inspecting a car in person in order to avoid potential disappointment. Secondly, I’m not a big fan of which ever member of senior management asked my sales person to NOT person in order to avoid potential disappointment. Secondly, I’m not a big fan of which ever member of senior management asked my sales person to NOT respond to a letter of concerns that I politely shared, saying he would handle it. He didn’t. I ended up having to call the Salesman myself after a week and a half just to confirm that he’d received the letter, and was told that his manager had told him not to respond. Everyone was always courteous, but this was disappointing. More

Welcoming, great communication and a high quality inventory. I sent an email on a Sunday and received a response from Jamie. I arranged to see the car on the following Monday and he greeted me warmly inventory. I sent an email on a Sunday and received a response from Jamie. I arranged to see the car on the following Monday and he greeted me warmly and the car was ready to be seen. I ended up choosing a more expensive model and throughout the entire experience was made to feel welcome, unhurried and I left with confidence I had received a solid deal on a fine car.
