Bought a $110k vehicle, but customer service felt on some used cars dealership. Finance department is the worst. A routine oil change that was supposed to take 1 hour wasn't completed for 2 whole days! Did I get a loaner? NO! But I heard the service manager give someone else's loaner to a different 'good customer'. You would think that since it took 2 days to do my oil change and supposed 'inspections' they might have noticed that the rear wiper needed to be replaced (scratched window) and that my rear lift gate strut was leaking grease all down the back of my vehicle. Also, I specifically asked them to check my oil change history (they no longer give stickers) because Ocean Cadillac performed my last oil change and my vehicle was completely out of oil.. More
