We were put in contact with our sales rep, Jose Ramirez (the best salesman EVER!!). We made arrangements to fly there on Saturday. Once at the dealership the entire process from start to finish was under one hour. There were no surprises, no haggling and the service was top notch. The vehicle was in excellent condition and was exactly the way that it was described online. I was extremely happy with the level of professionalism and attention to detail that was given during the transaction.
