Things were going great until they told me I needed a new glove box BECAUSE THEY BROKE IT. They did not offer to fix it. 2 years ago, when I purchased my car, I had felt a little hustled by the dealers. They had been very persistent, reluctant to offer a quote, and then, when I finally purchased my car, they did the dumb thing hustled by the dealers. They had been very persistent, reluctant to offer a quote, and then, when I finally purchased my car, they did the dumb thing where they made us wait in the lobby for an hour, then gave me a different price from the quote. So, I was reluctant, and sort of dreading, dealing with the service center. However, the service center employees were great, punctual, and resolved all of my issues professionally and expediently.
