I brought my car in for a check on the hybrid system due to low mileage for city driving. This was the third visit for the same issue. I asked them to road test the car. I recorded the mileage (total, tr to low mileage for city driving. This was the third visit for the same issue. I asked them to road test the car. I recorded the mileage (total, trip A, and trip B,) when I dropped the car off. I also had an issue with the air conditioning system and requested a high / low pressure test of the system. I wrapped the valve stems with electrical tape to confirm that they checked the pressures. I had stopped by the dealership twice to confirm a loaner car and to speak with the salesperson that I bought the car from. When I picked my car up the next day the mileage was exactly the same (no road test) the AC value stems were still wrapped with my electrical tape. The loaner they gave me was the same as my car CRV Hybrid. The loaner car was getting 39 MPG in the city while my car continues to only get 28 MPG in the city. The dealership wasted three trips to discuss my issue and hours of my time trying to get it resolved. I spent a lot of money on an extended warranty for 100,000 miles and now I don't trust the service department since they only did computer monitor tests on my car and didn't fix the issues. My hybrid gets the right mileage on the highway (35 MPG), but 12 MPG lower than it should for city (40MPG). I will never buy another car from them again More
