Well I came in to have my windshield wiper liquid replaced and was told I needed my 15,000 check up. Fine, when they were done the next day, I drove out and my windshield wiper didn't work so I had replaced and was told I needed my 15,000 check up. Fine, when they were done the next day, I drove out and my windshield wiper didn't work so I had to come back to have it fixed as they said they didn't have the part in stock. I called 5 days later (they didn't call me) and was told they had the part in the whole time, so I had to go back and leave the car again. The up side of all this is that the Lyft drivers were very interesting people and made it all worth while. Oh, and I had top pay for the part. It wasn't covered by my Car Doc account !!! But no one paid me for all my time that I wasted. More

I had an excellent experience with Ocean Honda buying a new vehicle. I was hesitant because of my experience 5 years ago, but it is clear they have new leadership and within the entire dealership. Derek w new vehicle. I was hesitant because of my experience 5 years ago, but it is clear they have new leadership and within the entire dealership. Derek was honest, never pushy and I couldn’t imagine a simpler time signing documentation. I would absolutely buy another car from Ocean Honda. More
