I was disappointed with the Service Dept. I had an appointment which should have been quick. I bought a car that needed to be smogged. I gave my keys to Eric, who took the car immediately to The Smog Shop next door. I advised him that I would be waiting. When I made the appointment, I was told it shouldn't take longer than an hour. After 1 hour and 20 minutes later, I checked on my car. It had been sitting at the Smog Shop. No one bothered to bring it back. Apparently, Eric went to lunch. Thank goodness Nate from the Service Dept. walked over there and brought my car back to me. So, what should have only taken 30 minutes, took 1 1/2 hours. More

I have brought my car to Ocean Honda from the beginning. I feel confident and safe driving the car after each service as I do take long road trips.
