Made an appointment to see 2 vehicles. When we arrived- the sales guy was busy with another customer and did not have the 2 cars ready for another sales person to show us. The other sales person couldnt even find the keys. the original sales person didn’t come over to say I’m busy but so and so will help you. Nothing. Bad customer service. We waited for at least 45 min. and no cars were presented to us, they couldn’t find them, they had confirmed that they had them and that they would be ready on the appt. Lost a sale. More

Ocean Honda took great care of of us on 12/18… we were visiting Santa Cruz for the day and our tire popped at 3pm.
