Once the deal was done, all the employees were really friendly and have tried helping out as much as possible. One important thing that I noticed here was that the sales people were not forcing you to make a deal...they just gave you the facts and I did not feel that I was being forced to make a decision. The other benefit with this dealership is that they have a large collection of cars in almost every color and every make and model. That definitely helps in getting the exact car that you are looking for, instead of the dealership trying to sell you whatever they have in their lot. A nice experience over all. More

The reason I came to Bernardi Honda in the first place, is that it looked like it had a lot of inventory and had good deals. I was looking at a CR-V EX 4WD and an Accord EX. The sales staff was courteous and knowledgeable. They worked as a team with each member supporting one another.
