agoNEW Mortifying was one way to describe my experience. Desperate, pushy, rude, condescending, arrogant behavior & sales tactics—terrible overall experience. “Salesman” Sean (sp?) if he could be called tha Desperate, pushy, rude, condescending, arrogant behavior & sales tactics—terrible overall experience. “Salesman” Sean (sp?) if he could be called that would not tell me the price of the vehicle until I committed and my credit was run or I agreed to pay cash. I tried them two years ago and was willing to give another try after learning they were under new management or ownership and things only got worse! I will never go back and I will also share my negative experience ever chance I can to continue to warn others of the sales practices at Ocean Honda. What a disaster if a dealership and the owner should be ashamed to be part of the Honda Team. I almost felt like I was being held hostage while trying to find who had my keys and was followed out to our car berated the whole way down the ramp. Unbelievable. Very discomforting to see similar reviews and the owner taking zero action. This guy is a liability to your company! More
Totally lost my taste for Honda after salesman Sean was pushy and borderline insulting to me today when I made it clear I wanted to test drive and not buy today. I won’t be back. pushy and borderline insulting to me today when I made it clear I wanted to test drive and not buy today. I won’t be back. More

Typical old style dealership, they like to play games and offer $9000 below KBB values. The sales manager told me they sell 200 cars a month lol!! I should have left the second he said that, I wouldn't waste offer $9000 below KBB values. The sales manager told me they sell 200 cars a month lol!! I love the car. But it lacks alot of features for the price. The car seats were dirty and so was the outside under the spoiler. I did not notice until the next day because it was dark. I am unfortunatel price. The car seats were dirty and so was the outside under the spoiler. I did not notice until the next day because it was dark. I am unfortunately locked into a bad deal for a long time. I can afford the monthly payments but I was trying to go 100 less. This was my first car and I felt like it was a little pressure for me to purchase. I honestly wish I could trade it for something better. The salesman was nice and I understand his job is to sell cars I just wish they cared more about a customer coming back to buy again years later than making a sale now. If you go don't get locked into a 72 month deal. I know I can trade it before 6 years but if you need 6 years to pay it off it's not worth getting it. But I know next time when I need to walk away. Your typical sleazy dealership. The price advertised on their website and on CarGurus is not the actual price. They try to tack on an additional $1500 for their "182 point inspection" and another $1500 for their website and on CarGurus is not the actual price. They try to tack on an additional $1500 for their "182 point inspection" and another $1500 for their car doc program which is just you pre-paying for service with them. So their true price is $3,000 more than they are advertising - which is deceptive advertising. Their 182 point inspection includes putting lipstick on a pig. It somehow missed my tire with a slow leak and damage to upholstery. I would not recommend doing business here; this dealership lacks integrity. Save your time and shop elsewhere. More

Purchase a 2018 Honda CR-V with 11k miles less then 60 days ago. All 4 tires are turning orange and the breaks are making a noise. The service manager said, I thinks that's normal and maybe it's the rain. days ago. All 4 tires are turning orange and the breaks are making a noise. The service manager said, I thinks that's normal and maybe it's the rain. Refused to even look at the car. World's worst service department with the rudest most incompetent service manager Craig. Absolutely horrible. I'll never go there again and I strongly advise anyone else looking for a Honda to go to any other dealership. I've never taken the time to write a bad review of any company before. Craig was so over the top horrible I feel it would be irresponsible not to warn others about this lousy service manager. More
I raised my complaint about their service dept to both the person I had an issue with and their manager. Neither offered even a fake canned apology, no response at all. They'll send you surveys though as the person I had an issue with and their manager. Neither offered even a fake canned apology, no response at all. They'll send you surveys though as if they care, but what they care about is you blindly filling them out all 5 stars so they get their bonuses or so they keep their managers off their backs. That's all they care about, they don't actually pretend to care about the customer here. I've had 4 Honda leases in a row, but I left the brand a couple months ago. Because if I had a Honda, this would be the closest service center to me but I'll never go back there. My car had a recall since December I think. I just ignored it til I could sell the car to another brand dealer and be done with it. Nothing against the cars, everything against this service center. The dealership looks stuck in the 70s and so are the business and service practices too, I guess? Honda lost me as a customer not because of their cars or their quality (which are excellent for their price segment) but because I was tired of giving this dealer/service center anymore money. More
