This has been the best experience of my entire life buying a car. I was never hassled like other car dealerships in the area (yes you MC chevrolet in Alpharetta). Bahar and Tytiana were the most kind buying a car. I was never hassled like other car dealerships in the area (yes you MC chevrolet in Alpharetta). Bahar and Tytiana were the most kindest people I have ever met. I had recently lost my partner who passed away and I wasn't really in the mood to buy a car when I first arrived at the dealership. Both Tytiana and Bahar were there for me to give me condolences and even offered to let me call them if I ever felt sad. Even when I thought and told them I may not even buy a car from them! I was so shocked and it really made me feel special I had to wipe away happy tears instead of sadness. Their no hassle approach and treating me like a human being motivated me to find a car I really love. In the end I end up buying my favorite 2023 Mazda Miata dream car! This car I bought and the experience I had with them brought me out of my sadness and for the first time in a week I was smiling and laughing! These two ladies are SAINTS! Also finance was a breeze and the gentleman who assisted me was so warm and caring. Can you believe all this from a car dealership? Please management at Mazda in Roswell, Bahar, Tytiana and everyone who assisted me including the very kind front desk greeter made me smile when I lost hope in sadness. They deserve to be honored for not only selling me a car, but doing the impossible. Making me smile. I honestly think my partner in heaven was watching over me and why I end up buying a car at Mazda of Roswell. I really mean that! Now to enjoy my 2023 Mazda Miata :) You Rock! Thanks, Brian More
