Every component, start to finish, was excellent - from the ease of making my appointment through the Mazda app, to the speedy service and attention and level of customer service upon arrival and all members of staff being super professional and friendly, to the expertise and helpfulness for resolving other parts of my service request, the fact that my first oil change/full service and car wash was complimentary, to the cleanliness and quality of the dealership itself (beautiful, comfortable, modern, accommodating facility!) to even being able to have a shuttle transfer to my office nearby while I waited (a loaner vehicle is also an option but they were so busy that day they didn't have one available). Truly exceptional - thank you! More
