I'll start by saying I love my 20 20 20 CX-5. However during the test drive of the car I was told that it came with an extended warranty due to it being a certified pre-owned. And I thought great. I was shown the price for the car and everything was good. Once I had signed I found out that an extra $2,095 was added to my loan for the warranty that was supposed to come with my purchase. I called Roswell obviously upset and they said they would refund my money for the warranty which I'm fine with. I was told they would send me an email confirming this and that was 3 days ago. I've called up twice and they say we'll take care of it right away and still nothing. I love my car but definitely feel like they were very dishonest with me. Definitely would not recommend. More
