We appreciate your feedback, but we want to clarify that all customers trading in a vehicle are fully informed and sign a contract stating their trade will be paid off within 10 days of the new purchase being funded—which aligns with standard dealership and lender practices. As discussed during your transaction and noted in your signed paperwork, if a payment is due on your previous vehicle within same month of trading it in, the consumer is responsible for that payment, regardless of the dealership’s payoff timeline.
