Programming of remote and diagnostic i ordered a remote thru cable it does not work, almost 200 dollars and does not work!!! i am VERY dissappointed .what a waste of time and money also i ordered a remote thru cable it does not work, almost 200 dollars and does not work!!! i am VERY dissappointed .what a waste of time and money also i brought it in to have it programmed and a diagnostic done they didnt have time for a diagnostic but did do a video of some problems that wasnt even related to what is going on with my car.... also on the run out sheet it said I denied to have service this was printed BEFORE I was even asked!!!! And also said you had free shuttle No one asked me, just waited in a waiting room but that was ok More

Service Call I had to bring my 2019 VW Atlas in for its 10k oil change. I have always been pleased with the service I've received before and this experience wasn't I had to bring my 2019 VW Atlas in for its 10k oil change. I have always been pleased with the service I've received before and this experience wasn't any different. Brian was working with a customer when i first walked in, and although it did take awhile to get that customer taken care of (no fault of Brian, you had to be there, lol), Brian did acknowledge that I was there and he would be with me afterwards. Check in was quick, service was even faster!! Thanks Brian and the rest of the service dept!! More
