Rest assured that we take the public health crisis our society faces currently very seriously, and the health and safety of our customers and team members is our #1 priority at all times. In accordance with the City of Oklahoma City’s emergency ordinance regarding masking in public spaces, all OKC VW patrons are required to wear masks, and employees are required to wear masks when working with customers in public spaces. I suspect you observed a situation where Tammy was public facing but other team members were not at the time. I'd give 5 stars if they didn't do the bait & switch with online prices cash vs finance... Price online is apparently their finance price. (very very small print, somewhere) If you try n pay cash it's more. More

However, because you purchased a certified pre-owned VW, Volkswagen Credit is offering 0% financing for qualified buyers and our team merely informed you of the offer. Again, at no time did we "bait & switch". 0% is a STRONG offer on a used vehicle. For that matter,0% financing allows YOU to let YOUR cash work for you. Second, you purchased a CPO below our already discounted online price; a WIN - WIN! At Oklahoma City Volkswagen it is our purpose to provide a superior service and top-notch experience.
