I have gone in several times to get work done and even the simplest jobs seem to take atleast 1.5 to 2 hours, even when they state that it is one of their "express" services. I will say that the last time they did give me a discount, but I would say if you are planning on bringing your car in, pack a lunch, a snack, and dinner. More

I purchased my Volkswagen rabbit back in 2005. Have always taken it for service and repairs at dealership. Never have had any problems in those 15 years . Car still runs great. Overall Good The only issue I had is that I put in for an appointment on a Saturday a little afternoon but when I got there I was told that they were short handed The only issue I had is that I put in for an appointment on a Saturday a little afternoon but when I got there I was told that they were short handed and wouldn't be able to get to it right away, necessitating me leaving it at the shop. I was able to get a ride on the shuttle both ways, but on getting my car it took a while for them to come, making me take time off work to get it. When I got in my car, I noticed a smell of BO and cigarette smoke, like someone had a smoke and then got into the car because the smell quickly left. More

Amazing customer service and service all around! My appointment was initially rescheduled due to over booking, but when Tammy called she was very polite and patient. We rescheduled for the next day and appointment was initially rescheduled due to over booking, but when Tammy called she was very polite and patient. We rescheduled for the next day and when I arrived I was greeted and my car was taken for services. Tang informed me that it would take about 2 hours to complete once it is taken back. Sure enough about 2 hours later my vehicle was ready! I will be returning again for services and even an upgrade in the future! More
