Overall pleasant and easy experience. There was good communication with Ruben. The only negative I have is that there were either pictures left out or the driver that delivered my vehicle got in too clo communication with Ruben. The only negative I have is that there were either pictures left out or the driver that delivered my vehicle got in too close behind a rock truck. There were sizable dings in the front part of the hood and fresh paint chipped where rocks hit. Small chip in the windshield that was also either not discussed or happened in transit. I notified Ruben about those issues and haven’t heard a word back since. Although, there’s probably nothing that can be done about it now, it still makes me feel like you’ll do what it takes to get my money and you’re done with me. More
