Had a pre-purchase inspection which turned up no issues. Upon purchasing the tiguan inspected for me by OKC VW, the vehicle registered a severe oil leak and rear brake rotors needing immediate replacement. Upon purchasing the tiguan inspected for me by OKC VW, the vehicle registered a severe oil leak and rear brake rotors needing immediate replacement. I am not please that a certified vw mechanic missed these items. The repairs to this newly purchased used car totaled 2700 dollars. Very poor service by the technicians here. More

I dropped my car off on 11/30. I didn’t get my first update until I called 2.5 weeks later. I was told during that update that they were waiting for parts but that it would be read I didn’t get my first update until I called 2.5 weeks later. I was told during that update that they were waiting for parts but that it would be ready the following Tuesday (approx 12/20). I then did not receive any update until I called AGAIN on 1/4. They told me it would be ready by end of day and miraculously it was somehow all the sudden ready that day. I picked my car up without so much as an apology for the time delay (just excuses of it being the holiday season) only for my check engine light to come back on 2 days later. I’m taking my car back AGAIN later today to be looked at again. Bet I don’t get it back till March. Horrible service. Absolutely horrible. More
