I was very pleased with the service and courtesy that i received last week from OKC VW. The repairs on my car were much more complicated than was estimated, but OKC VW took responsibility for the extra la received last week from OKC VW. I also greatly appreciated the use of the loaner car for almost a week. Brian and Jacob were both very helpful in this service process. Excellent service. Thank you very much! More

Worst service I have ever received at OKC VW Matt left the store and I never heard from him again. I texted him, no reply, I called and was put on hold, no one ever got back to me.
