They didn’t communicate anything with me about my repair. They usually send me updates throughout the whole process and I didn’t hear anything until I called the next day. Update: Not only did they NOT ever address my issue, they called me to take down my review. The service manager is an absolute bully and I will never do business with this dealership again. I will be in the market for a new VW soon but I wouldn’t take a thing from this dealership if they gave to me for free. Horrible repair job, horrible customer service. More

This place is absolutely ridiculous! My husband went and bought a Tahoe from them and not even a couple of days the ac went out. He called them to see if there was anything we could do since we just bought bought a Tahoe from them and not even a couple of days the ac went out. He called them to see if there was anything we could do since we just bought it. It was bought as is and we knew that it was a long shot. They said they would see what they could do. It took them forever to diagnose it and told him it was the compressor. They finally sent him the cost to fix it which took weeks… they said it was going to cost $1339.00 and he agrees to that. It took a month to finally get the car and they didn’t communicate at all the entire time it was like talking to a brick wall to get any updates on our vehicle. When he went to get it they said the total was over $1500 which is not what was agreed up on. A guy said since we have had to wait and all the issues we have had they gave us a discount and brought the total down to $1200 something. Well about a month of having the Tahoe back the ac went out again. They said it would take a week to diagnose and they are 3 weeks behind. My husband took it in to another dealership to have it diagnosed so we could know what is wrong with the ac since it only lasted a month. Well the new place said the belt broke and had to replace that to check the compressor. So we payed for the belt to be fixed for them to check the compressor…. We’ll the compressor is shot! Only a month have having it and my husband reached out to see if it has a warranty and he had to reach out several times to finally be told that the compressor is not warranted! How is that no warranty…. Like xxx! The other dealership couldn’t even confirm whether they used a gm compressor, which I’m not sure that even matters but. I do not recommend dealing with these people!! They are so backed up/under staffed that their customer service is awful and seems like they don’t give two xxxxs about you More

Took car in for service didn’t change fuel filter on request had to drive back 3 hrs. Recall work done and driving home engine light came on and transmission defaults came on after taking back 3 times s request had to drive back 3 hrs. Recall work done and driving home engine light came on and transmission defaults came on after taking back 3 times still showing transmission defaults. They changed shifter out because wouldn’t come out of park. Spent over 6K and still issues. No issues before taking in for service. Will never take back to OKC VW EVER. More
