Always courteous service. It took an extremely long time for an oil change, due to some difficultly from bolts being stripped at the previous visit. Needed a headlight changed and I was quoted $111. For a headlight. I've been coming to this shop since I got my charger brand new and this is the first time I have had a bad experience. Took our jeep into the dealer to have a steering stabilizer replaced, 2 days later I get a call confirming that but needed to order the parts. I call and text 2 days later to find out the timeline a stabilizer replaced, 2 days later I get a call confirming that but needed to order the parts. I call and text 2 days later to find out the timeline and get no response so I go to the dealer and they say it’s 45 days to get parts. I asked if they would use an aftermarket part and they say no so I ask to take our jeep somewhere else that would. They then charge me for a diagnostic check even though I told them the problem. More
