Replying to the generic response above. I've discussed this with you and while I was amicable throughout the process, if you were in my shoes and ...wasted multiple visits....and went multiple days with out a vehicle (twice) and then be told that a promise to you wouldn't be honored, you'd be extremely disappointed too. Bottom line, the vehicle started making brake squeeling noises ONLY AFTER your shop replaced the brake pads & rotors. It's not my fault that William Nicholson promised upgraded parts as the next step of troubleshooting. What I do know, is that your shop should have honored that commitment, even if William doesn't work there anymore. That's called quality client service. A small investment now, could yield loyalty and additional services to be purchased in the future. Your unwillingness to have ODCJR take accountability and provide client delight is the wrong business decision and very short-sighted. Anyone running a business knows that they should be playing the long-game and not the short-term. Ultimately, you won this battle, but lost the war on future service and possibly a future truck purchase for your company.
