I went up there on Thursday, replaced what they said was wrong. Today, Saturday, my car broke down with the exact same issue and lights coming on. I called the dealership 5 times today, and could not reach a service advisor. I told the receptionist what happened and she just sent me to a voicemail. Now my car is at a different dealership, waiting until Monday to be serviced. I had to rent a car and now I will have to go back to Oklahoma to get my car that is having the same issue that Olathe Dodge/Jeep said that they “fixed”, only 2 days later. More

Not only does the vehicle I purchased have 3 issues I’ve been left to solve the problems on my own. I wish I would have never bought the vehicle. Only correspondence I’ve gotten from Gretchen was to tell me to score he well on the surveys, even though she told me she would be in contact with answers to my issues with the maps on the car. She brushed off what has turned into a major headache of an issue with the vehicle. When I contacted them about the issues I was left to “call a service center”. Unhappy with the service I received after the sell, before and during the purchase they were great. More
