Terrible experience with oil change and recall. Recall took several days to complete. Lack of communication from Shawn during the first day as to what was going on. The place appeared to over book customers coming for appointments. It took 2.5 hrs to get a by appointment scheduled oil change and tire rotation. That’s too long. The whole point of making an appt is to get in and get out in a timely manner. Communication by the staff of delays would have been helpful too. People’s time is valuable and there are many places to go for an oil change. More
