If you have a service contract/warranty BEWARE! !! This dealership is terrible at diagnosing problems and fixing things the first, second, or even a third time, and throughout the process they are i !! This dealership is terrible at diagnosing problems and fixing things the first, second, or even a third time, and throughout the process they are installing parts that are not needed and billing them to your service contract. And if you have a contract like they sold me, it has a limitation on how much they will pay over time. In a three year span, they literally used up my service contract on my 2007 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited 5.7L that currently has less than 108,000 miles. The first major charge was for a coolant leak. It would only leak after the vehicle cooled down and sat overnight. They could not determine if it was the metal heater hose tube running from the front of the engine to the back or the driver side head gasket. It was most likely the coolant tube as it was rusty and corroded, and there was no signs of coolant in the engine oil. But instead of doing the cheaper tube replacement first and seeing if it fixed the problem, they did both, and also replaced the engine cooler, trans cooler,a/c condenser just in case there was contamination. The total bill to the service contract was over $5500. The next repair was the heater core, which also turned out to be transmission cooling line which somehow also got transmission oil into the passenger compartment ruining the carpet and padding underneath. Another $4300 charged to the service contract. Last summer they finally used up my warranty (claims exceeded retail value) trying to fix a non-start issue that after replacing 3 computers and the starter, turned out to be just the neutral safety switch. It was in the shop 4 different times from May to August, and over $4500 was charged to the service contract before I was informed by my service advisor it was used up. When I informed them of all the previous repairs that were made that summer that did not fix the issue, they said they would cover the difference. That is when they finally found the issue was just the shift interlock module. After 4 months it was finally fixed but now I did not have a warranty that would pay on any further repairs, even though it was supposed to be good for another year. I was concerned about keeping this vehicle without a warranty in place but was told by Jeff Soloman that they would take of me if anything happened over the next year. When my transmission started having issues at Christmas time, neither the service manager Jacob Todd nor Jeff Soloman were available to meet with me in person or reply to my calls. I ended up having to go somewhere else to have my transmission rebuilt. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM EVER AGAIN!!!!! More

Terry (Tank) was great. I ordered a Jeep Wrangler in Oct 2021 and it arrived in March 2022. Tank contacted me to give me updates on the progress of the build. When it final I ordered a Jeep Wrangler in Oct 2021 and it arrived in March 2022. Tank contacted me to give me updates on the progress of the build. When it finally arrived, they gave me the exact deal the first time we spoke, no games. Tank answered all of my questions and didn't try to upsell me. Laura, in finance did a great job as well. She worked to get me a great rate on my loan and didn't hard sell me on any of the warrantee options. From beginning to end, this was one of the easiest car purchases I have ever had. I would buy from Olathe Jeep again, anytime. More
Top notch customer service. I really loved our experience. I’m a Chevy guy and my wife is a Jeep girl, but based on my customer experience from our sales man Ronnie, to the sales manager Andrew, and finally to the finance guy Darrel, I was very impressed. I generally have to haggle for hours for the best deal, but this shop is leaps beyond that. They take a lot of the haggle out up front. Did I haggle a little, of course, but so much less then I needed to in the past elsewhere. Let me just say if you have a good experience with the finance guy, generally the bad guy to the customer, you had a good overall experience, because he’s the last guy you really deal with so to speak, who makes the money for the dealership. To be honest I would consider a Jeep based on how good our service was from those 3, and how far the vehicles have come. Just an all around awesome experience with this dealership. Great job guys, keep it up. More
