Had an issue that needed immediate attention. I had to wait 6 days for N appointment. Told the guy that I would bring it in before they opened and drop off the keys. Went there at 5:30 am and all I had to wait 6 days for N appointment. Told the guy that I would bring it in before they opened and drop off the keys. Went there at 5:30 am and all the gates were locked. I couldn't get to the key Dropbox because I am disabled with one leg and cannot climb over a gate. It was a huge waste of my time and energy. I will never use this service again. I now wish I would have bought my new van (5 days ago) somewhere else. More
