Amazing Experience will be back My first vehicle I bought was a car from another dealer. I did not want a car but it was what I could get with my no credit. I was ready to upgrade into a truck and thought I would give Olathe Dodge a try, it came highly recommended by friends. I was amazed at the experience. It was so much easier and quicker than my first experience. Liz was on top of things, she knew what she needed to do and what she needed me to do. I live a little over an hour away and we were able to do so much of it online and over the phone. That made my time at the dealership shorter and I did not have to make multiple trips. I highly recommend Olathe Dodge, their prices are unbeatable. I was amazed at how much lower they were compared to other Dodge Dealers. Highly suggest you ask for Liz because I know that she will treat you right. More

A little disappointing I purchased a brand new RAM 1500. When I left the lot the back seat would not recline and the passenger back tire was slightly low. I Aired up the tir I purchased a brand new RAM 1500. When I left the lot the back seat would not recline and the passenger back tire was slightly low. I Aired up the tire and dropped the truck off to have the seat serviced about a week later. A month later the back seat quit reclining again and I had to fill the tire for a 3rd time. Obviously at this point I know the tire has a slow leak. I dropped the truck off and explained the tire had been slowing leaking since I bought it and to also have the seat fixed again. . After waiting almost 2 hours I was told they need to order new parts for the seat and they were charging $25 to plug the tire. I don’t know how I’m supposed to proved the tire has been an issue since day 1 so I just paid it. Some tire shops would have probably done this for free or cheaper. More annoying is a couple miles down the road I notice the tire pressure was 5lbs low. I paid $25 and they didn’t even properly inflate the tire. 2 weeks later I’m still waiting on the seat parts. More

Wondered if they actually changed the oil so I checked under the hood to find oil spilled all over the top of the engine. Give em one star for politely refunding money for the last tire rotation. More
