Last Wednesday took my wife’s Jeep in for oil change, tire rotation, recall fix and to fix a peeling clear coat that wasn’t addressed the last time I took it in. There was no oil change reminder sticker tire rotation, recall fix and to fix a peeling clear coat that wasn’t addressed the last time I took it in. There was no oil change reminder sticker attached to the windshield. We use that to ensure we are timely in getting the oil changed. The following day the TPMS showed all 4 tires needed air, some more than others. The paint wasn’t repaired because the body shop wanted me to leave it for two days. I'm really disappointed that simple things like oil change stickers and not checking tire pressure after a rotation were neglected. That wouldn’t have happened at Valvoline. I do plan to keep taking the vehicle here for service. I just hope the service department can improve its operations. More
