I purchased a 2020 Ram Rebel over the internet. Les was great to work with on making the deal over text messaging and some calls. (5 stars there). I thought I would get to work with him more once I arrived to get the vehicle but was handed off to a floor salesperson. I felt my rapport was with Les not someone else. Ronnie assisted me in taking ownership of the vehicle while at the dealership. I test drove the vehicle and reported the windshield drive side wiper seemed strange that it did not cover the entire window. Ronnie suggested that is how that vehicle works. I questioned it in my head. I completed the car purchase in 2 hours, after driving 3 hours from Omaha. I really thought that would go quicker, but we waited 20-30 minutes at the business office for them to see us. After all the business transactions were completed I started to head back to Omaha with the vehicle. Its was a snowy/wet night so had to use the windshield wipers. As I proceeded down the road the driver side windshield blade arm quit working. I immediately went back to dealership. Ronnie was able to get me into the service department asap. They were very quick to fix the issue. I bolt had come loose. I did report this being strange during my test drive. Anyhow that is why I'm giving a 4 overall. I had little conversation with Les during my 2 hours, thought we would speak more since he was the main person I was dealing with on the purchase price. More

I was looking for a new car and I had already decided that Jeep was going to be the brand I wanted. I just didn’t know where to start as I had my previous car for nearly ten years. I was met by Amanda im that Jeep was going to be the brand I wanted. I just didn’t know where to start as I had my previous car for nearly ten years. I was met by Amanda immediately who welcomed my family into the dealership and she even gave my little girl a ballon which simply made her day! We looked briefly at the showroom models and then Amanda started asking about some features I’d like in my new car. Amanda recommend the Jeep Cherokee and Grand Cherokee to me and even though I only had a short time before I had to get to work she set me up with a test drive. After driving both vehicles I knew which one I wanted. Amanda had worked wonders by suggesting a model with all the features I had wanted but also included features I hadn’t even thought about. The dual-pane panoramic sunroof was simply breathtaking as I’d never rode in a car with one before and there was no way I could get a new car without one after my test drive. I worked with Amanda to place a hold on the Jeep Cherokee 80th Edition that I wanted while I was at work and set up a time to come in on my next day off work to finish the paperwork. I came in a few days later, finished the paperwork with Amanda, then worked with John in the financing department who was also pleasure to work with as I really thought he had my best interests at heart with regards to getting the right warranty on my new Jeep. Amanda then walked me out to my new car and then I drove off the lot as happy as can be as I knew this was the right car for me and my family. I was very impressed by Amanda and everything that she did to ensure that I was well informed and understood what my next steps were at all times. I would definitely buy another car through Amanda as she was just a blast to work with! The whole shopping experience at Olathe Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram was just incredible and after years of being a family that only owned Ford’s I can honestly say that my next car purchase will also be a Jeep!!! #newjeepowner More

Mike Powers was AWESOME to work with.
