So I take my 50k dollar challenger up there and they tell me because I bought it used that I had to pay 80 dollars for the oil change or buy the package of 3 which I did but why wouldn't you tell me on the phone that if it's a used car they wouldn't honor the coupon......it was really frustrating. Easiest, Fastest, Most Fun Car Purchase Ever! I usually hate buying a car! It takes forever, and I feel like I’m being pressured to buy. This time, I went in to have a turn signal bulb replaced on I usually hate buying a car! It takes forever, and I feel like I’m being pressured to buy. This time, I went in to have a turn signal bulb replaced on my Wrangler. I had been having other recurring issues that were concerning to me, so I asked my favorite Express Lane service advisor if he could also scope the car and see if there were any error messages that might point me in the right direction for repairing the problems. I asked if he thought I was just wasting my money fixing the car, since it was now a high-mileage vehicle. He didn’t try to sway me one way or another, but just told me what his personal guidelines were for making his own decisions. Well, I was already past that point! So he introduced me to Troy, who introduced me to Thomas, and the ball was rolling on getting another car! I told Thomas what I wanted, and he pulled up what was in stock, and we were off to test drive the two cars I had picked. After choosing the car I liked best, we settled on a price (It was good! Lots of rebates and holiday incentives, plus a great trade-in offer despite the problems it had!), and I was off to see about financing. I could have driven off that day if I hadn’t had so much stuff to unload out of my Wrangler! Thanks to everyone who made buying a car so easy and so much fun!! More
