Just this past weekend my husband went to get his done. After the service was complete, he was notified that it was going to be $70 for ONE SERVICE. The service person told him they changed oils to synthetic and now they don’t offer the 4 oil changes for $75. More

Sales person was more interested in making multiple sales We were at the dealership for more than 4 hours. Our sales man was not very knowledgeable about the vehicle he was trying to sell me. He told me all about the Hemi v8 that was in the truck. While we were in with the finance manager our sales man decided he was done with us, already made the sale, and moved on to another customer. When we were done signing paperwork we stood on the sales floor until another salesperson decided to help us take our plates off the vehicle we traded in. No one was there to go over the vehicle to show us how to work anything. After more than 4 hours, I just got into the vehicle and drove away. I guess that's what the manual is for. More
