Very dissatisfied! Took our 2018 Dodge Ram truck in for Very dissatisfied! Took our 2018 Dodge Ram truck in for body work on August 19. Also asked them to do an oil change; a minor repair to lining of fen Very dissatisfied! Took our 2018 Dodge Ram truck in for body work on August 19. Also asked them to do an oil change; a minor repair to lining of fender well and check the sunroof which has been rattling and is covered under the warranty. They had the truck 8 days. When we picked it up, they had only done the body work. We waited an additional 30 minutes for them to fix the fender well. Tyler said we would need to bring it back for the oil change and for Service to look at the sunroof before ordering any parts. I called several times to speak to someone in Service about scheduling the appointment. Was told "Bob" would call me back. Never heard from him. We made an appointment to drop the truck off at 2:30pm on a Friday afternoon with the understanding they would look at the sunroof and do the oil change. When we picked the truck up on Saturday, they still had not even looked at the sunroof. The communication between the body shop and the service department don't seem to communicate at all. The body shop tells us that Service needs to to the sunroof; Service says it's the body shop. Very disappointed in their service and will not be purchasing another oil change package nor will we take our vehicles there for service. More
