Poor customer service I called to inquire about my first oil change. Was advised I didn’t need an appointment but to come in and use the Mopar express lane. I asked how lon I called to inquire about my first oil change. Was advised I didn’t need an appointment but to come in and use the Mopar express lane. I asked how long the express lane would take and was advised maximum of 45 minutes for a simple oil change. When arriving yesterday- I waited 80 minutes for an oil change. When getting back into my Jeep- the radio station had been changed- volume turned all the way up. And the AC also turned all the way up. More

Service Manager I brought my van in to have repaired and was very upset on how long it was taking. Each time I called Olathe I was given another reason it was not co I brought my van in to have repaired and was very upset on how long it was taking. Each time I called Olathe I was given another reason it was not completed and another time for completion. It was to the point that I did not plan on ever going back to Olathe Dodge. A. man asked me how I was doing and I told him not well and I didn’t plan on ever coming back to Olathe Dodge again. I saw him go to the service area and within a few minutes Mike the service manager came out to talk to me. Mike showed me kindness and great customer service skills and won me back as a customer. Excellent service from start to finish I've called quite a few different service departments over the years and it's always challenging to get a live person to assist you on the phone as th I've called quite a few different service departments over the years and it's always challenging to get a live person to assist you on the phone as they're always busy helping customers in the shop, but not at Olathe DCJR. I had someone in the shop on the phone with me within 30seconds of calling and had instructions for what do to when my service light came on. When I got to the shop I was immediately greeted and assisted. I had constant communication throughout the diagnostic process and when it came time to make a repair, I was informed about my options and pricing and given a reasonable estimate of the time needed to get my vehicle back in good shape. I was extremely pleased with the level of service and respect I received at this location. I plan to continue to do all routine maintenance there in the future! More

I especially liked that I was able to take my Jeep home to test drive so I could tell if it was the right vehicle for me. The only little (tiny) complaint I have is when I came in the first time and explained what I was looking for I felt like I wasn’t heard well and I ended up coming back the next day and drove around the lot and found this Jeep myself. Sid and Nugene were great and were amazing with my son, I really appreciated how we were treated. Al in the finance department was friendly, funny, and I never felt like he was taking advantage or pressuring me into signing up for anything. Everything else was great and I will be back in the future. Thanks for all you guys did for me! More
