Oil change good but slow Even showing up at opening time with one other person in the waiting room, just an oil change (and 24 point inspection) took over an hour. Being first come, first serve, the only way to get the service started quickly is to show up at opening hours (was told on other occasions, even with only one car in line, it would be an hour and a half before they started my car). The service itself was great, and I enjoy the proof of the inspection, but once my free oil changes are used, I won't be using the dealership. More

I expected more I arrived at my 7am appointment and my vehicle which only needed an oil change and tire pressure sensor. It was not completed until 4pm. Great People Donnie was great as a salesman. Helped us anyway he could, was not pushy about anything, and very easy to work with. Dominic in finance was nice, Donnie was great as a salesman. He was also very kind to our children (1 and 2.5 yrs old) as we lost our baby sitter and had them with for the last hour or so for all of the paper signing. The only reason I am not rating the delearship a 5 is because the vehicle we found on their website that we came there to look at was sold the day before and was not available. However, management very honest and worked with us in many ways. They searched other dealers in possibility of finding us a similar vehicle. When that didn't work, they were very good about getting us a good deal on a vehicle that we purchased and was ultimatley better than the one we initially were there to see. Also very gracious after the purchase. We had our windows tinted through the dealership and when I showed up for the appointment they got me out the door in a loaner vehicle very quickly so I could make it back to work in time for a meeting. Car was finished and ready for pick up in a couple of hours. More

However, I was told on the phone about 45 minutes for an oil change, that ended up taking Almost an hour and a half (double time). The service rep did tell me when I checked in that it would be that long and that I was welcome to stay or come back another day. I had already left work early that day to be there before 5 to have an oil change. This is my first Jeep vehicle and my first time at this dealership or any Jeep dealership. So the visit was fine, the staff was fine but I was not expecting to get home at 7 ty night. More

I’ve never had a car buying experience go so smoothly. Once the finance process was completed he even went out of his way to make sure I could get my car rental turned in so I wouldn’t have to pay for it another day.
