They didn't get the oil filter screwed on completely after my first visit. This leaked so bad that I was only able to drive a few miles and had to get towed to the dealership. The dealership offered no after my first visit. This leaked so bad that I was only able to drive a few miles and had to get towed to the dealership. The dealership offered no help finding a tow service. Once I arrived at the dealership via tow truck. They confirmed they didn't get the oil filter tightened on and that was the problem. After waiting 3 hours I got my vehicle back and the check engine light was still on so I pulled back around so they could reset that. Complete lack of attention to detail, zero customer service. You are treated simply as a number, not a human. Pathetic experience. More
