Don't expect Olathe Dodge to support you in the long run. I had a ten year service history with this dealership specifically because I bought a car with a lifetime warranty and I wanted a personal relationshi I had a ten year service history with this dealership specifically because I bought a car with a lifetime warranty and I wanted a personal relationship with the service department in case I needed help getting Chrysler to back their warranty. It turned out that I had it backwards because Chrysler was more than helpful in supporting their warranty, but Olathe Dodge was the company that was refusing to admit to a mistake that they made. After weeks of attempting to get the service manager to send a letter to Chrysler explaining the situation, Chrysler finally decided that the dealership was not going to admit to the mix-up and they went ahead and reinstated the warranty without the letter. It is almost eerie how over-eager they seem to be in the customer service department, knowing now how quickly they will throw their loyal customers under the bus when the chance comes up. More

Easy, breezy, Bri made it fun! I gave 5 stars because I walked in having the feeling this was going to go smoothly, the way I hoped. Then I met Bri, she was very much in tuned with what I was looking for and found it spot on!! I’m in love with my new jeep, and we had a lot nice conversation in the process. Made the waiting game bearable! Ha!! I had no idea such a young girl could be so naturally good at what she does. She’s a natural. Then the last Daniel came over, and was very positive, and worked with me, and made me happy like it was his job!!! :)) (I’m being funny) but seriously this was not my first rodeo.
