They don’t have a clue. Couldn’t find my Jeep for 2 days. Took it in on a Wed. They said it would be done the next day. Didn’t hear from them. I called on Friday and was on hold for 30 minutes then was disco Took it in on a Wed. They said it would be done the next day. Didn’t hear from them. I called on Friday and was on hold for 30 minutes then was disconnected. Called back same thing. I went to the dealership on Monday. Talked to a service agent. He said he would check on it. He Came back about 20 minutes later and said he couldn’t find it. I could go on about what happened over the next 2 days but I think you get the idea. Their service department is terrible. If you’re smart you should take your vehicle elsewhere. More
