I purchased my Jeep over two years ago from Olathe Dodge Chrysler Jeep RAM. I have had it serviced and repaired at the dealership from the beginning. I recently wanted to add a lift to the Jeep. I was able to discuss my questions and concerns with Mark Burks who is the dealerships lift expert. Because of his advice and information I purchased a Mopar 2 inch lift kit from the parts department. After the install I brought it in for an alignment and a check. They got me right in and performed the check and alignment. The parts department beat everyones price including online dealers. The Jeep rides fantastic and is exactly what I was looking for. The peace of mind know they will take care of you is priceless. Very friendly staff and professional employees. I would like to give a shout out to Jake for his help also. Thank you More

Terrible customer service I was in the market for a new truck and after looking at a couple of new Ram trucks, I made arrangements with my salesman to visit with my wife after I was in the market for a new truck and after looking at a couple of new Ram trucks, I made arrangements with my salesman to visit with my wife after her work. I had her text the salesman on the way to the dealer only to find out that he wasn't at the dealership that day and had left early because of the weather. He then called us and explained that he wasn't there and we asked if someone else could help us - he said he was hesitant to do that because he didn't want to the deal with someone else. So, we decided to visit different dealer. A few minutes later, he called back and said that the sales manager would help show us the two trucks and he would have them ready when we arrived and to ask for him. On the way to the dealer, he texted again and said he would actually come in and said to still ask for the manager. We arrived at the dealer, walked in the front door, and looked around - no one to be seen other than the receptionist. We stood for a few minutes while looking around to see if there was any sales people - I noticed a couple of managers back in the "cage" area at the back of the floor. I then walked up to the receptionist, who had never acknowledged us or asked if we needed assistance, and asked for our contact. She picked up the phone, dialed an extension, spoke with the sales manager and then she said he would be right up. I saw the sales manager pick up the phone, talk with the receptionist, and then put it down when the call was complete. He then proceeded to walk out of the "cage" area, get on his cell phone and walked out of the showroom floor. After waiting several minutes, with no one in sight, I asked the receptionist again if he would be with us soon. She dialed his extension and after no answer, she said he should right with us (well, of course he wasn't going to answer, he left the showroom and his desk phone). Waited a minute or two more and decided to leave. Told the receptionist thank you, but if no one is willing to help us, we will go somewhere else. Proceeded to the local GMC dealer and had a completely opposite experience. More

The best experience at a dodge dealer ever. I got a letter for a recall that needed to be done on my ram 2500. I am really picky about who works on my vehicle and where I take it. Jacob was awesome throughout this entire service visit. Hands down BEST service that I’ve have had. They got my recall done. I was in & out in under a hour. They have me a free multipoint inspection and made me aware of things that are going on with my vehicle. Great job olathe dodge. Will return for future service. More
