She had the vehicle I was interested in pulled up front and ready to go for a time that worked best for my schedule. From the moment I walked in, I felt like I was was a long lost friend. Once we decided to go with Jeep, we called him up and when we came in he had the paperwork ready to go. I could not find that in Texas, but I worked remotely with Andrew Roark and Sterling Cooke to come up with a great looking vehicle at the price I was looking for. This was a truly great sales experience from the initial phone call to picking up the vehicle. I arrived in KC on Saturday. I was in and out of the dealership in about an hour. I fully expected delays, but had no surprises. I also want to thank the guy that handles warranties and paperwork (Mike Farmer). He explained my options and never made me feel I was being pushed into something I did not want. Thanks to all. Excellent job. More

When we showed up to go through the numbers she had crayons, an elephant figure and a balloon waiting for our three year old, and options waiting for us. (She even gave the little one a popsicle!!!) The whole experience was painless, straightforward and quite enjoyable. We love our new Jeep and the experience we had with Bri at Olathe Dodge. 10/10, would recommend to people not even looking for a new car. More

How buying a vehicle should be! For one week I was talking with about 5 different dealers on two different makes of SUVs to buy. Several tried to explain why I needed to come in and For one week I was talking with about 5 different dealers on two different makes of SUVs to buy. Several tried to explain why I needed to come in and see them, a few try explaining why their internet price of a vehicle isn’t really that price but its $3000 to $4000 higher (starting). Olathe was the only one that played ball with no hidden BS. I told them what we wanted they showed me what they had, they didn’t have exactly what we wanted on the lot (but close). I showed them the stock # of a couple cars at another dealer of what we wanted they then found a car and once we said we liked it they went and got it! Everything was done but signing the paperwork, when we got their Saturday it was only about 2hrs and we drove off with a beautiful new Cherokee 4x4 loaded with everything the wife wanted plus more, and the best part was the price they quoted was the price they sold it for. These guys are true professionals that are going to work to get your business and not give you a bunch of BS and try robbing you blind. I have to give a special shout out to Michael Sienicki “Ranger” for doing the hunting and leg work on the car, its people like him that keeps me coming back to Dodge, Crystal, Jeeps! More
