On a whim I called on a busy Saturday and was connected with Daniel States. We talked for 20-30 minutes and I told him exactly what I was looking for. Within that time he was able to quote me a great price, and he sent me a quote at the crack of dawn on the next business day. Upon visiting the dealership, Daniel was just as great in person as he was on the phone. We met Mike Moutray, Sr. and he was terrific too, both at the dealership and in follow-up communication. While I ended up picking a different make/model I fell in love with, I 100% would have leased a Grand Cherokee with Olathe Dodge Chrysler Jeep RAM. These folks are kind, honest and terrific with communication. If you are in the market for a Jeep, I would very strongly recommend giving Daniel States and his team a call. Horrible experience! Service Advisor did not return calls. Given the run around by all including the service manager. They had my car for 3 weeks. We called Chrysler Care Service Advisor did not return calls. Given the run around by all including the service manager. They had my car for 3 weeks. We called Chrysler Care for help and were treated well and problems solved. We have bought many Jeep’s and Chrysler”s in the past and had wonderful experiences with Jay Wolfe and Overland Park Jeep.
