Amazing customer service I needed tires. Service advisor could see that I had been through a lot already that day. (I started my day with a migraine and MaNY difficult factors I needed tires. Service advisor could see that I had been through a lot already that day. (I started my day with a migraine and MaNY difficult factors as well. ) He gave me a hug right away. Then set to work finding the solution to my tire needs to the best of his abilities. He went to extra length to find the best tires he could find for the best price. He even called their inventory guy to see if the tires he wanted to use were physically there. When we figured out all the details and the next steps before I left he gave me another hug. My friends later tried to research better tires to cut cost if possible, but could not find anything of good quality at a better price. When I returned to pick up car the new tires ,he gave me another hug and wished me luck/blessings. More
