Go to a different dealership for repairs. My vehicle was in for three issues and none of them were either diagnosed or repaired. They had my vehicle for almost 4 weeks. Two issues they could My vehicle was in for three issues and none of them were either diagnosed or repaired. They had my vehicle for almost 4 weeks. Two issues they could not diagnose the cause, and the third they could not get the warranty company to approve the $4000 repair, and I was stuck with 2 days of the rental bill. I was not kept up-to-date on what was going on and had to stop by or call on four separate occasions to find out the status of my vehicle. The last time the vehicle was in the shop it was not repaired the first time and I had to take it back the next day after getting it back when the same exact issue reoccurred. Over the years, I have had a lot of issues with the repairs from this dealership. They are nice enough people, but I have had too many repairs that were just not done right the first time. It may be time to start going to a different dealership for repairs. More

I purchased my Jeep over two years ago from Olathe Dodge Chrysler Jeep RAM. I have had it serviced and repaired at the dealership from the beginning. I recently wanted to add a lift to the Jeep. I was able to discuss my questions and concerns with Mark Burks who is the dealerships lift expert. Because of his advice and information I purchased a Mopar 2 inch lift kit from the parts department. After the install I brought it in for an alignment and a check. They got me right in and performed the check and alignment. The parts department beat everyones price including online dealers. The Jeep rides fantastic and is exactly what I was looking for.
