Smoothest car buying experience we've ever had We came in looking for a Chrysler Pacifica and were paired up with Mike "Ranger" Sienicki. He took the time to show us the primary vehicle we had come We came in looking for a Chrysler Pacifica and were paired up with Mike "Ranger" Sienicki. He took the time to show us the primary vehicle we had come to see, but then also drove us out to see the additional two possibilities we were thinking about. At no time did he seem impatient or annoyed with all our questions. Once we had decided on the vehicle we wanted, he helped us get a great deal with no frustration. I had spoken to two dealers prior to coming into Olathe Chrysler and their price was better than both of the other dealerships on a vehicle that had more of the features we wanted. Since we could not stay to complete the financing paperwork that day, Mike made sure to get everything squared away for us for the next day, since it happened to be his day off. The only hiccup during the whole process was that when we returned the following day, we had assumed everything would be all set for us to sign, but the finance guy had to review everything once we were already there. This was somewhat frustrating since we had a babysitter watching our kids who could only stay for a finite amount of time. As a result, we had to cut short out time with Ed Quackenbush who was there to show us all the features of this amazing new car. He was great, though, and showed us the highlights and told us to let him know when we could come in for the more detailed demonstration. Overall, our experience was really pleasant. There were no high pressure gimmicks, no surprises when signing the paperwork, really nothing negative other than a slight delay in financing. When this lease is up, if we stick with Chrysler, I can't imagine not coming back here. More

As I was having major issues with the finance company for my caravan. While speaking with manager Daniel Guebra, he advised me that I most likely did have options and paired me with Mike Gilbreath. Mike was patient and understanding. Didn't give me the typical "pitch". No pressure type of thing. Despite having two young boys with me...the entire experience was as smooth as could be.
